University Catering was proud to be part of the planning for the 2017 National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) Midwest Regional Conference, hosted by University of Iowa Housing & Dining. The conference featured a Welcome Reception and Culinary Challenge at the IMU Main Lounge, a breakfast buffet and served lunch in the IMU Main Lounge, and a spectacular closing night featuring progressive dinner stations throughout the fabulous Hancher Auditorium. The closing event tied the theme of the conference "The Winning Ticket," to the theme of the final event "Willy Wonka" with some truly creative and amazing displays by our chefs, sales, and catering operations staff.
