About Lunch with the Chefs
Lunch with the Chefs (LWTC) is a themed meal prepared by our catering and culinary teams that is open to the public.
LWTC began in 1995 as a small gathering in the River Room, initially intended for 50 guests, but 120 people attended. Due to high demand, LWTC hosts around three events annually, welcoming over 400 attendees at each.
