Morning Breaks and Snacks

Lunch Breaks

Includes a sandwich, chips, whole fresh fruit, and brownie.

Select from the following sandwiches:

Turkey: Turkey breast, caramelized red onion, cheddar cheese, field greens, and italian mayonnaise on an asiago bun.

Beef: Pastrami with swiss cheese, field greens, fresh tomato, and stone ground mustard on marble rye.

Ham: Smoked ham, pepper jack cheese, crisp greens, fresh tomato, and herb mayonnaise on marble rye.

Italian: Smoked turkey, pepperoni, salami, swiss and provolone cheeses, field greens, fresh tomato, and herb mayonnaise on an asiago bun.

Vegetarian: Eggplant parmesan sandwich with sundried tomato aioli, and provolone cheese on croissant.

Chicken Salad: House-made curried chicken salad, grapes, slivered almonds, diced celery, lettuce and tomato on croissant.

Includes a sandwich, two small side salads, and a gourmet brownie.

Tortellini and vegetable pasta salad.

Quinoa, cranberry, and apricot salad.

Tender marinated flat iron steak on a bed of greens with stir fried carrots, red peppers, green onions, and sesame vinaigrette.

Smoked turkey breast served with chopped egg, tomato, cucumber, and cheddar cheese on top of gourmet greens with blue cheese dressing.

Grilled filet of salmon served with honey mustard on top of crisp salad greens, cucumbers, and tomatoes.

Torn romaine lettuce topped with tomatoes, diced egg, red onions, marinated green beans, kalamata olives, roasted peppers, oil and vinegar dressing.

Afternoon Breaks

Yogurt, assorted fresh berries, mini chocolate chips, and granola.

Assorted mixed nuts, sunflower seeds, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, craisins, raisins, and pretzels. 

Whole fruit, vegetables, dip, hummus, and pita bread.

Carrot Cake: Layers of carrot cake, cream cheese mousse, crystalized ginger, and spiced streusel.

Irish Cream: Irish cream mousse, flourless chocolate cake, and chocolate cookie crumble.

S’mores: Chocolate ganache, dark chocolate mousse, graham cracker crumble, and toasted marshmallow fluff meringue.

Assortment of chocolate, salted caramel, vanilla bean, coffee, raspberry, lemon, earl grey, and passion fruit. 

Choose one cake and one frosting flavor:

Cake: Red velvet, vanilla, or chocolate.

Frosting: Chocolate, vanilla, or cream cheese.
