Morning Breaks and Snacks

Lunch Breaks

Includes a sandwich, chips, whole fresh fruit, and chef's choice bar or brownie.

Select from the following sandwiches:

Turkey: Turkey breast, bacon, cheddar, field greens, fresh tomato & garlic aioli on croissant.

Turkey & Avocado: Turkey, spinach, tomato & avocado spread on oat wheat bread.

Beef: Roast beef and cheddar with balsamic onions, lettuce & horseradish spread on onion roll.

Ham: Smoked ham, pepper jack cheese, crisp greens, fresh tomato, and herb mayonnaise on marble rye.

Italian: Ham, pepperoni, copa, salami, provolone & giardiniera spread on ciabatta.

Chicken Salad: House-made curried chicken salad, grapes, slivered almonds, diced celery, lettuce and tomato on croissant.

Vegetarian: Eggplant parmesan sandwich with sundried tomato aioli, and provolone cheese on croissant.

Vegan Mediterranean:  Sliced cucumbers, roasted red pepper, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pepperoncini rings with spinach and hummus on sprouted bread.

Vegan Chickpea Salad - Chickpeas, diced apples, celery, onions & vegan mayo on sprouted bread

Includes a sandwich, two small side salads, and chef's choice bar or brownie.

Tender marinated flat iron steak on a bed of greens with stir fried carrots, red peppers, green onions, and sesame vinaigrette.

Smoked turkey breast served with chopped egg, tomato, cucumber, and cheddar cheese on top of gourmet greens with blue cheese dressing.

Grilled filet of salmon served with honey mustard on top of crisp salad greens, cucumbers, and tomatoes.

Torn romaine lettuce topped with tomatoes, diced egg, red onions, marinated green beans, kalamata olives, roasted peppers, oil and vinegar dressing.

Afternoon Breaks

Yogurt, assorted fresh berries, mini chocolate chips, and granola.
