Select from a variety of lunch options including boxed, buffet, or served. You're sure to find something that you'll enjoy. 

Box Lunches

All prices are subject to a 20% service charge.

Includes a sandwich, chips, whole fresh fruit, and chef's choice bar or brownie.

Select from the following sandwiches:

Turkey: Turkey breast, bacon, cheddar, lettuce, fresh tomato & garlic aioli on croissant.

Turkey & Avocado: Turkey, spinach, tomato & avocado spread on oat wheat bread.

Beef: Roast beef and cheddar with onion jam, lettuce & horseradish spread on onion roll.

Ham: Smoked ham, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, fresh tomato, and Italian herb mayonnaise on marble rye.

Italian: Ham, pepperoni, copa, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato & Italian herb mayonnaise on focaccia.

Chicken Salad: House-made curried chicken salad, grapes, slivered almonds, diced celery, diced onion, lettuce and tomato on croissant.

Vegetarian: Eggplant parmesan sandwich with sundried tomato aioli, tpmato, lettuce and provolone cheese on croissant.

Vegan Mediterranean:  Sliced cucumbers, roasted red pepper, tomato, red onion, pepperoncini rings with spinach and hummus on sprouted bread.

Vegan Chickpea Salad - Chickpeas, diced apples, celery, onions, dijon mustard & vegan mayo topped with tomato & lettuce on sprouted bread.

Tender marinated flat iron steak on a bed of greens with stir fried carrots, red peppers, green onions, and sesame vinaigrette.

Smoked turkey breast served with chopped egg, tomato, cucumber, and cheddar cheese on top of gourmet greens with blue cheese dressing.

Grilled filet of salmon served with honey mustard on top of crisp salad greens, cucumbers, and tomatoes.

Torn romaine lettuce topped with tomatoes, diced egg, red onions, marinated green beans, kalamata olives, roasted peppers, oil and vinegar dressing.

Roasted squash, gala apples, sliced radish, farro, toasted pepitas and kale tossed in apple cider vinaigrette.

Served with vegan bread and dessert.

Buffet Lunches

All prices are subject to a 20% service charge.

Buffets must have a 20 guest minimum. Lunch menus are not available after 3:00 p.m.

All buffet lunches come with coffee, decaf, iced tea, hot tea and ice water.

Served with balsamic vinaigrette.

Added for $4.00 per person.

Sliced turkey with cranberry chutney aioli, brie, and greens on spinach tortilla.

Southwest wrap with grilled chicken, corn, black beans, guacamole, cheddar cheese, and spinach on whole wheat tortilla.

Roasted beef with caramelized onions, horseradish cream cheese and romaine on sundried tomato tortilla.

Black bean patty with hummus and roasted vegetables on spinach tortilla. (This is a vegetarian item)

Served with lemon parmesan dressing.

Roasted mushroom and tomato.

Sundried tomato with roasted garlic.

Seafood alfredo.

Creamy lemon pesto.

Spinach, tomato, and ricotta tortellini bake.

Roasted pepper and provolone.

Alfredo and broccoli with roasted red peppers.

Served with red wine vinaigrette.

Hot dog.

Bratwurst with saurkraut.

All served lunches come with assorted breads and butter, as well as coffee, decaf, iced tea and ice water service.  

All prices are subject to a 20% service charge. Lunch menus are not available after 3:00 p.m. Under 20 guests - Choose 1 entrée. 21-100 Guests - Choose up to 2 total entrées. 100+ Guests - Choose up to 3 total entrées.

Crisp romaine wedge topped with tomatoes, freshly grated parmesan cheese, grilled artisan bread and creamy caesar dressing.

Toasted bread cubes tossed with balsamic, tomatoes, basil and shallots.

Roasted beets and bleu cheese on mixed greens with candied walnuts.

Smoked turkey breast served with chopped egg, tomato, cucumber, and cheddar cheese on top of gourmet greens with blue cheese dressing.
