North Coast

An unusually bright-gold color and aromas like vanilla and nutmeg signal a complex style for this unusually textured and nicely viscous wine that is technically light bodied in terms of alcohol. Balanced out by good acidity, it is not overtly fruity but goes for complexity and spiciness that linger on the finish.

Monterey, California

Elegant aromas of apricot, honey, and wildflowers leap from the glass. The rich mouth greets the palate with fresh fruit flavors of pear and green apple, balancing natural acidity and sweetness on the long, silky finish.

Yakima Valley, Washington

An enticing bouquet of tropical fruit leads to a well-balanced, medium-bodied mouthfeel with luscious flavors of pineapple, pear, and white peach.

Lake County, California

Lush flavors of pear, green apple, melon and citrus with undertones of lightly toasted oak and caramel. Creamy, rich mouth feel, full in body and a long, juicy finish.

Piedmont, Italy

Bright straw-green with golden tinges. Peach, apricot and white flowers on the inviting nose. Then flavors similar to the aromas, offering very good ripeness and flesh. Closes long and rich, with repeating orchard fruit nuances.

Italy

Tiamo Prosecco is a superbly balanced wine with rich and fruit driven aromas and flavors of apples, pears and citrus exploding from the glass and tantalizing the senses. It has a long and fruit filled finish emphasizing freshness and finesse.

McLaren Vale

The nose of this wine displays an enticing mix of white stonefruits and sweet pineapple with an underlying hint of ginger. The palate is luscious and flavorsome, again nectarine and peach are prominent, with a twist of candied citrus rind. These sweet flavors evolve through the palate into more savoury flavors reminiscent of raw almonds and spice. A generous, textural wine with a surprising finesse on the finish.

Napa Valley

Barrel fermented and aged for 10 months in American oak, this 100% Chardonnay from Napa's Carneros region shows layers of tropical fruits, pear, apple, and rich notes of vanilla leading into a powerful and succulent finish. This is a fantastic expression of big, rich California Chardonnay.

Champagne France

Rose-hued gold with coppery notes and a fine bubbles, the nose shows red fruits of raspberry and wild cherries. This minerally Champagne is firm and focused, with a fine, creamy mousse and tightly meshed flavors of peach, smoke, honey and blanched almond--a harmonious balance of red and white wines.

Almansa Region

Garnacha Tintorera, also known as Alicante Bouschet, is a hybrid of the Garnacha and Petit Bouschet grapes. It is one of the few red grapes with dark colored juice, hence the name Tintorera, or tinted. As expected this grape produces wines with dark color, but also juicy/spicy flavors and a pronounced acidity.

Italy

Brick red and dense, Copertino has seductive aromatics of blackberry, spice, maduro cigar leaf and smoked meats. It is medium-bodied and surprisingly complex, displaying well integrated layers of leather, wild berries, cedar, tar, vanilla and soft spices. The long finish lingers with dried cherry and port-like nuances.

McLaren Vale

This wine displays a level of finesse and freshness that we don’t always encounter in other vintages of the same wine. In a somewhat surprising contrast to this, the wine also displays a dense and varied array of fruit characters, from bright lifted purple plums and rhubarb through to more spice and herbal notes such as sage and cardamom, into even more complex earthy flavours of beetroot and soot. These flavours are perfectly supported by a frame of fine, minerally tannins that add a subtle grip and enticingly long finish.

Dry Creek Valley

Intense fresh-picked black raspberry aromas are laced with spices and a hint of wild fennel. Bright acidity and juicy dark berries encompass the palate contributing to the robust nature of this wine. Dark cherry, along with traces of mocha, floral and anise, join in, while the lightly spiced texture crescendos into a spice-driven finish where the flavors linger.

Paso Robles, California

Low yields of flavorful fruit, produce a serious, concentrated, yet still elegant Cabernet Sauvignon. Fresh boysenberry, peppercorn, and sweet tobacco notes highlight ample fruit in the nose, complemented by subtle notes of toasty oak vanilla and cigar box. Cassis, and fresh berry greet the palate with an underlying current of fine tannin, coalescing in a dry, persistent finish.

Lake County, California

Ripe aromas and flavors of cherry/black cherry, plum and cedar, with a hint of crushed herbs and toasted oak on the long, luxurious finish.  Round, rich and full on the palate, this offers a very satisfying Cabernet experience.

Santa Barbara County

With aromas of ripe raspberry, tart bing cherry, plum and white pepper, the palate is light, but explodes with flavors of strawberries and raspberries joined by anise and clove  Elegant and complex, this wine has a lovely spice component which becomes ever present while sipping.

Burgundy, France

The 8.3 hectares of vineyard spread over the east, south and south-west sides yield very individual wines, having a red colour with bluish reflections, and a subtle flavour of violet and peony. In the mouth it distinguishes itself with a lovely balance of silky tannins and wild red fruits such as wild strawberry or bilberry. The finish is long and peppery.

Napa Valley

This stylish and well-balanced Napa Cab exhibits flavors of plums, and blueberries. It shows an excellent acid structure and finishes with a soft elegant mouthfeel; a “textbook” example of this noble variety grown in this outstanding appellation.

Sonoma County

68% Zinfandel, 15% Carignane, 12% Petite Sirah, 5% Grenache. Medium garnet color. Raspberry and cherry fruit aromas and integrated barrel spice. Sweet red fruit on entry, medium body, soft tannins and refreshing acidity, an elegant finish.
