Guests enjoyed items that were local to the state of Iowa. To be local, items must be produced within a 250 mile radius of Iowa City. Items served included: black bean fritter, biscuts with local honey butter, pickled spring vegetables, beer braised chicken, rosemary corn cake, and vanilla bean ice cream.
