RED WINE
Almansa Region
Garnacha Tintorera, also known as Alicante Bouschet, is a hybrid of the Garnacha and Petit Bouschet grapes. It is one of the few red grapes with dark colored juice, hence the name Tintorera, or tinted. As expected this grape produces wines with dark color, but also juicy/spicy flavors and a pronounced acidity.
Paso Robles, California
Dense and dark, with fruit character of black-currant, dried plum and cocoa. French oak and sandalwood tones frame the tannins which suggest carob and walnut. Fermentation in stainless steel with pumpovers and délestage. 14 months French-oak aged
Argentina
This Malbec displays a bright ruby red color, with lively violet hues. The nose displays characteristic notes of red fruits, raspberries and freshly picked plums with white pepper. This wine is all about freshness - the palate is supple and juicy, with soft but structured tannins and a long finish.
Rioja, Spain
Youthful garnet in color with bluish hints. Good aromatic intensity reveals notes of red fruit and licorice in perfect balance with vanilla and toasted notes from the American Oak barrels. The wine is ripe with soft, silky tannins and has a pleasant aftertaste.

Rich, juicy and smooth on the palate, this medium-plus-bodied Veneto red is produced from 50% Corvina, 15% Corvinone, 20% Rondinella, 5% Molinara and 10% Oseleta. Look for dark cherry, sweet, dried tobacco leaf, cracked pepper and baking spice flavors on the palate.

With aromas of ripe raspberry, tart bing cherry, plum and white pepper, the palate is light, but explodes with flavors of strawberries and raspberries joined by anise and clove Elegant and complex, this wine has a lovely spice component which becomes ever present while sipping.
Burgundy, France
The 8.3 hectares of vineyard spread over the east, south and south-west sides yield very individual wines, having a red colour with bluish reflections, and a subtle flavour of violet and peony. In the mouth it distinguishes itself with a lovely balance of silky tannins and wild red fruits such as wild strawberry or bilberry. The finish is long and peppery.
Napa Valley
This stylish and well-balanced Napa Cab exhibits flavors of plums, and blueberries. It shows an excellent acid structure and finishes with a soft elegant mouthfeel; a “textbook” example of this noble variety grown in this outstanding appellation.
Sonoma County
68% Zinfandel, 15% Carignane, 12% Petite Sirah, 5% Grenache. Medium garnet color. Raspberry and cherry fruit aromas and integrated barrel spice. Sweet red fruit on entry, medium body, soft tannins and refreshing acidity, an elegant finish.
